New Features :

Map Editor – Create new maps to share with your friends.
Navigate while Paused – Now you can review financial info, explore engine upgrade options, etc. while paused.
Financial Panic has changed slightly – it’s cheaper, prevents bidding in auctions, and provides immunity to other Financial Panics for 4 months.
In September, if you have a projected dividend and it is more than 2/3 of current cash, we issue a reminder.

Bug Fixes :

“Used for Transcon” state on track segments is now saved so loading a game and completing a 2nd transcon using segments from the first, won’t work.
Fixed a few minor bugs and typos in scenarios.
Prestige and other totals are now shown correctly when you Replay.
AIs are smarter about not hitting bankrupt players with Financial Panic.
Upgrading signals from Track List now charges you correctly (used to overcharge!)
You can now downgrade from semaphore to no signaling.
Pressing M to hire/fire manager now works from the switchboard.
Name of track in Sell dialog is no longer truncated.
