Download the archived addon files<br />

Navigate to My Documents/Elder Scrolls Online/<client version>/Addons<br />

Extract the “FoundryTacticalCombat_<ver>.zip” files into this Addons folder.<br />

Launch ESO, the addon should be automatically enabled. If not, from the character select menu or in-game you can hit Escape, and click Add-Ons to configure which detected addons are currently available to you.
