Choose whichever outfit you would like and drag Patch.dat and Patch.fat into your "Program Files>FarCry 3>Data_win32"<br />

If you wish to make your mini-map more awesome, extract the OPTIONAL folder anywhere and start it up AFTER you get ingame. Use the little program within the OPTIONAL folder. You can make your mini-map transparent!<br />
