1. Extract the Companion Sandbox Mode3.esp and Sound folder to your Steamsteamappscommonfallout new vegasData folder. Select 'yes' if it asks to overwrite.<br />

2. Start the New Vegas Launcher (Or use a mod manager like NMM), click 'Data Files' and place a checkmark beside the Companion Sandbox Mode3.esp.<br />

3. Play the game! It may take a couple of seconds for the new topic to show up the first time.
