How do I install this campaign?<br />

Before you install, please make sure you have the 'Steam Client' installed along with 'Left 4 Dead 2' and its 'Left 4 Dead 2 Add-on Support' (available under the 'Tools' tab in Steam). Also make sure the game has been launched at least once through Steam. Then, all you need to do is to extract and/or move the ihatemountains2.vpk here:<br />

Because it can be quite intimidating to survive the first tries, enable the game instructor in Options > Multiplayer > Game Instructor and then, type gameinstructor_reset_counts in the game console to reactivate all the help messages.
