Their are 5 possible downloads available in this mod, and they are specifically modular in design in order to facilitate maximum usability.
All of them are standalone mods in their own right and they are compatible with each other and their respective DLC's (if applicable).
The Tailor Maid and Tailor Maid Black Retex downloads do not require any DLC to function and are fully compatible with the vanilla game.

Using an actual version of 7zip (or equivalent),
extract the the file(s) you have downloaded onto your Desktop.
Open the folder and copy and paste the Meshes and Textures folders into your Fallout3 > Data folder,
allowing any overwrite.
Then open the "Normal esp" folder OR the "Option esp" folder and copy and paste the .esp inside it into your Fallout3>Data folder,
allowing any overwrite (if updating).

You must also use ArchiveInvalidationInvalidated
and ensure that the .esps are ticked in your Fallout3 launcher (FOMM or equivalent).

N.B.
To everyone that has been using the ShoulderPad mod up until now: I have changed the name of this mod. Tailor Maid is the new name.
To use the latest updates you must delete your old ShoulderPad .esps (you do not need to do anything to the textures or meshes, just allow for overwrite).
As a result, any ShoulderPad equipment will be lost from your character and must be replaced with the new Tailor Maid versions.
To limit the problems with finding all of the equipment again, please use the all-in-one .esp in the "Option esp" folder. Sorry for any inconvenience.
