1. Extract the files to a temporary location(your PC's desktop for example).<br />

2. Examine the folder structure and make corrections where necessary.<br />

3. Pick what save game you wish to use and save that .ess in My DocumentsMy GamesOblivionSaves<br />

4. Copy files Meshes and Textures to OblivionData<br />

5. Start the Oblivion Launcher, click 'Data Files', place a check mark beside the "Dremora Race with tail.esp" or if you don't want the tail enable the "Dremora Race.esp"
